Fantastic, I bet you have loads of experiences to share opening a physical shop.
One day I hope you write a new thread about them.

I've been toying with the idea of coating our own products, including tiles, good to know others do do it, and do it successfully.

Yes but buying the liquid coating is the difficult part lately.

Well, I think we would 'all' expect any sublimation mug we bought to stand up to hand washing even if not dishwashing and hence as wall tiles are not dishwashed but hand washed I think my comparison is still valid. As to what may or may not happen when a mug or a tile is cleaned with a scourer/bleach/flame thrower is always going to be open to discussion.

the advice you gave was wrong plain and simple you can not compare a tile to a mug you yourself stated you coat tiles your self do you also coat mugs yourself ? if you do does everyone else coat mugs themselves if the answer to this is no then you can not compare its as simple as that why you have the inability to admit you maybe wrong god only knows it worries me that information being provided to people on this forum especially new commers to the industry is incorrect and being provided by peolple who barely have experiance in the industry themselves, i tried to correct your info in the politest way possible and all i got was condasending remarks fair play to ya carry on being the forums unofficial question answerer pretty soon it will be only you on here to ask and answer questions
