I sent legal letters which were ignored, not surprising as they denied everything after previous friendly warnings. But you have already experienced this denial and backtracking yourself.

But these threads have been very helpful as I now know that more people are involved higher up the chain as you would say. When I just assumed it was one guy.

If a thread about this issue is kept factual or carefully worded not to be libellous it can stay?

If that is so people just need not post hear say or guesswork. If users want a thread to stick state facts of what they believe. Trash talking will just be another deleted thread so Gooner might want to have his own where it is left alone.

Justin - you could just delete offending posts rather than thread...... assume mine fall into deleted scenario although I really don't mind someone like him coming after me.

My original thread was deliberately worded factually and not libellous. It was started to help other affected sellers come forward for mutual benefit. I've edited my other post to keep it forum safe.

OK, not sure how much I can say but I need to update this thread.

Supplier is taking legal action against the forum (me) and have demanded I remove any threads such as this one. I'll discuss in PM with members and will need to contact you all anyway.

I have asked to post their email to me but they haven't responded as yet.

A full list of reasons for the legal action but obviously I can't discuss.

As the supplier is reading every word I write, they will see that I have taken immediate action as per their bullying email until I have a fair chance to seek legal advice for myself and speak to all members concerned. I cannot remove this thread until I know all contributors have read my response.

Longforte digging a hole for themselves by threatening their customers. I would appreciate their solicitor's address.
