i now now fold a bit of paper until about 3mm thick and tape it to the bottom of the mug so when it activates the press, the mug sits slightly higher and I get a good full print.

i use truepix paper with it.


great you got result :biggrin: but you still should not be assing about like that with a brand new machine - if it was bought in UK...back it would go pronto IMHO

Just save pre-heating mate, I don't do many so no where near the same volumes other guys do.... Just happy it's working lol
