They've dissapeared off the face of the earth and are not responding to emails from anyone, myself included. The software was superb but I'm afraid I'd have to advise you look elsewhere now and forget this company.
They are still about but are going in a different direction. I know someone who spoke to them at length the other day, they quoted £6k for a website with about 10 products. The good news is that this was a one off payment and once paid you owned the site and its contents. Only problem is that the site is Flash, ideally you want WebGL.
The only other company who does this sort of thing is Gateway. This is who I am with, relations have been tense and after speaking to some of their other customers it seems that they are going through a bit of a nightmare at the moment (my site has been down 2 weekends in 4 already!).

Is this software available yet? If so where can I get it.

In short, No. Dead loss I'm afraid.

It is available and they are still around, but it is really expensive. Although it is a one off payment their prices have now increased. My website (magicyourband.com) would now be in the region of 10k!

They were only really ever interested in selling stand alone options at £12k, they missed the boat big time by not going another route imo. Last I heard they were trying to sell the whole system on to a sublimation supplier but it fell through, they had no interest in pursuing the project or developing/completing it.

If I had the money I would buy them out.
Personally I think it would be a very easy sell to get the money back, only problem is the constant updating of coding to make sure it works on newer platforms and web browsers. As an example, mine works with WebGL so will work on tablets and phones, Techcurl will not as they have not developed that.
Not too much of a problem for personlisation, but over 40% of online sales are now tablet or mobile based.

It was a fantastic system that just needed finalising, real shame. Maybe someone will take it on.

If you stop lounging around in your silk robes perhaps you could do it

That's so stupid. What a ridiculous move to make in today's marketplace. As I've mentioned before, I'm an ecommerce developer and used to charge £17.5k for a store build (including any custom coding), then the industry changed considerably and it had to be dropped to £12.5k... then £7.5k... then £5k... then £3k... and now we just charge a single monthly fee depending on what the client needs. The money isn't out there anymore to wait for people to fork out £12k as a one-off payment. It shows you the difference between a developer and a development business. If you're not familiar with how business changes with financial climates, you shouldn't be in business.
Idiots.
