First time I have had a go and largely think it is good. The little niggles that I find annoying are that the print sits just off the surface and the white panel for the design is a different white to the mug. I would prefer there to be no distinction between where the mug and design integrate so it looks like a printed mug rather than showing how a design wraps around a mug. Might just be me as I often see this when one of my designers are sending proofs and the white stands out as a panel on a proof of the mug. There are a couple of other things but I am sure they have probably been mentioned already.

Only time I can see a white panel is when i upload an image with a white surrounding area, photo's etc. aren't an issue. I'll mention this but I can't see how you'd find a way around that as the mug can't be completely white.
Can you show me an example of what you're uploading to test?

Justin, have a look at my post on Page 7 of this thread and I think its the same as what Andrew gets.
Now I am pretty sure if I uploaded a PNG file then the white would not show, however that if I do the design, if a customer was to do the design then they may use a JPG and may not be that knowledgeable in graphic formats and hence will get the white panel effect.
Personally I do not think it will be a problem but perhaps something like "White does not print" will suffice.
I really like this software and am hoping that although the guys behind this are a tad late on the release date they are a decent company with proper support etc. Currently you are the only contact for them and I do have a very tiny concern about them which I am sure is to do with the fact that I have no idea who they are. Please do not think this is having a go, far from it, just being a bit cautious. I am now off to hide behind my sofa...

I thought that might be the case with the image Simon, hence my request
I will be acting as the first line of support wherever possible, the release date was correct and the Enterprise (outright purchase of perpetual licence) was indeed available on this date but due to talks between myself and the developer we've made a few changes and decided to hold off until all licence tiers are available which will be the end of next week.
No, I don't think you're having a go

Fully appreciate what you're saying. It's been great getting in on this so early before release and being able to have some input but obviously the company involved will be on-board with their own section here which both they and I will monitor. It's just been easier for me to field everything up until now.

OK, pleased to finally be able to announce prices for this product! I still have a couple of queries on this price list that I'll be discussing with the developers but didn't want to keep everyone waiting any longer
I'm sure you'll all let me know what you think

Only one question
The prices
If we take PRO for example @ £99.99
Is that per month or per year?
And what is pay as you go?

Prices are monthly. Top price is annual contract but still paid monthly, PAYG is with no contract so you can use for as many/few months as you want to.
