The Sawgrass and dealer support with option 2 is very useful and may be worth having when you are starting out. We got our Ricoh printer fully replaced for free when we had a problem with it, due to the help from Scotty at BMS and Sawgrass staff. Maybe you could sell your full set of carts to somebody who uses a Ricoh (we don't any more), and then buy the full package to get the support.

I also bought from BMS and had a problem with my Sub Ricoh - it was replaced fairly quickly too, can't fault anyone.

Your problem is you already have the carts, they last aaaaaages - I am currently testing a Ricoh with standard inks and it has been running for a very long time with the ink counter telling me its out of ink ! as has previously been said there is an expiry date on these (Very Expensive) carts.
I have 2x Ricoh's (incase I am confusing you - one for Sub and the other for general stuff).

Your not too far away from me, if you want to visit Greyprint One day I can help you with any questions you might have with starting up in this business ! A member here did that for me (SocialGiraffe) which helped me no end. Also bring some Mugs and we can print a few.
