With me, I signed up for a computer course, when the obnoxious sales person left, he left me only with the paperwork that I had signed, nothing else. I never ever received any follow up paperwork, course materials etc. So as I pointed out to the learning establishment, I cancelled during the correct cancellation time, I followed the correct cancellation proceedure, which I must admit on the college form contrdicted the instrctions on the loan form, but I followed the loan form.
