Unless you know how to do it wilky... google "wheel wrapping" first for some tutorials... its a bitch to do at the best of times. You also have to take into account that these dont last long so your customer might come back to you complaining that his cool looking rims have only lasted say 3 months. Especially those drivers that are very curb friendly and like to hug them quite often. Also, you state you only need 500x500.... I take it that its just to cover wheel caps?... then that shouldnt be too hard to apply if there are not to many vents in them, too many scratches or too many dents if they are not new. anyway, it would be good to see a finished product pic of how you got on!

You might also want to try this...
http://www.plastidip.co.uk/eStore/index ... e=1&menu=0

a quote from the website.....
German vinyl car wrap specialist, Foliatec, has developed a new spray-on film that allows car enthusiasts to change the color of their wheels without paying for an expensive paint job.Foliatec says two cans (400ml each) of their Spray Film will give all four of your wheels a new color. The DIY product involves removing the wheels, masking the tire, spraying the film and mounting the wheel - and you're done.
The Spray Film puts down a tough rubber-like layer that protects the surface underneath. Once the film is on, Foliatec states the film will not be removed by a car wash and detergents do not affect it.
If you get tired of the color and want to try something else, the Spray Film easily peels off in little time. But the Spray Film is not just for wheels. It can be applied to other parts such as side mirrors and bumpers.
Seems a remarkable product! Might even give it a go myself!

I listened to quite a confusing conversation a few months ago, somebody was explaining to someone about a product on Fleabay - the other person thought the person explaining was talking about eBay and it got quite entertaining in the end.

Fleabay and eBay are Two different sites, similar type of service but completely different.

Using FlexiStarter 10 and a Liyu SC631e & a Silhouette Cameo cutter. 2x Ricoh SG3110dn printers and Adkins Auto Clam press. Using Sublijet-r from Sawgrass.
