This gave me an idea for short video as i have spare couple of unisub coasters and placemat from Martin
so it should be ready tomorrow

This is a photo of a coaster I done just before Christmas. I have only just started doing sublimation and the coaster is my best finish by far.

The blank glass coasters are from TTP, the printed ones from our shop!

I've stolen the above image from TTP (for information purposes) but these look textured, how come yours are plain?

No idea - we used to also get the round ones from them and they were plain flat topped, and then at some point their description on their website changed to say they were textured so we stopped getting them. Not sure what they have now, as we've just stuck with the squares.
(I say squares, but a lot of them aren't - the cutting can be a bit shoddy and rough, but also inaccurate, making some a little more rectangular, or others a little bigger/smaller, and some edges aren't straight at all. The quality is hit and miss, but they look stunning and sell well for us, retail and wholesale, where we've not yet had any complaints on their quality.)

Those TTP coasters look really nice. I must try those, they would suit the area of the market I'm aiming to occupy once I get all my waterfowl in straight line as they say, (website, branding, photos for website etc.) thanks for starting this thread GoonerGary

pisquee - any tips on pressing them? Is it advisable to have a silicon rubber mat thingy underneath or is the bottom of the press forgiving enough. I guess you have to watch the pressure.
Do you have a website? Your stuff sounds interesting (is there a thread for DSF people's website addys?)

Uni sub coasters are first class, as long as you use a good dpi photo/picture the image is brilliant, I have coasters still after 2 years and the image is still as good

Received a sample of the photo insert V1 coaster...very ugly, looks like the easy option is out. Unisub or glass then.
