I tried Parallels, I love the diea but struggled to get it to recognise my Cutting Software Dongle for a couple of hours before I decided to go back down the Bootcamp road. I'm well on my way to getting back to the point I WAS at when everything went Pair shaped - the reason is I feel having windows on it's own partition will be more stable - ok, I have to boot into each OS but I can live with that.

I MUST buy an external disk for backup.

I had some help from a member of the forum with this, this help gave me the opportunity of trying something I otherwise wouldn't have considered so am thankful for that.

It's odd how the iPad was broken by the recent Apple update, also my iMac with Mavericks - maybe the solution to all of this would be if Apple released an iPatch :)

Also it's a good thing this happened while I am still setting up and dont have my shop open - orders pending.. I also still don't have a single Press. the replacement for my 'Wonky' press didn't turn up today and I found out that my Adkins will not be in stock until Thursday.

Some say I should make the most of this so-called 'Down Time' and spend my time in the Pub - but those people don't know me that well at all.
My website is open: www.Linksrepairshop.co.uk

Using FlexiStarter 10 and a Liyu SC631e & a Silhouette Cameo cutter. 2x Ricoh SG3110dn printers and Adkins Auto Clam press. Using Sublijet-r from Sawgrass.
..And I have gotten my money's worth out of this forum - saved Hundreds by being a Premium Member

when you do get sorted with an external disk for backup (which i'd recommend asap from past experience), i can highly recommend Carbon Copy Cloner as a backup software, for the mac side anyway!
