just done a test print and still getting it... a little black ink on sponge in printer... but not much..

almost like a spray of ink.. water... I don't know :frown:

Try getting the printer to push a few sheets of plain paper through without printing anything, you'll soon see if the tracks are causing a problem but it should clear.

Guessing your using something like a 1400 printer i used to get the same lines on the roller in the printer are little cog like things which feed the paper out i used to use coljet paper great paper but the ink stayed wet on it to long. As the roller goes over the wet ink it picks up wet ink and deposits it on the next print i cured it by changing paper to trupix

Does your printer have an adjustment for the height of the printhead( small lever)? If it does set it to the higher setting.

I'm not sure, it's in a plain packaging that came with my kit. It's strange how its been fine and now it's doing this?!?
