I don't think we should shy away from naming other suppliers because we might upset suppliers on the forum
Completely agree - this isn't a forum that is controlled in any way by individual suppliers so everyone should feel completely at ease about mentioning other suppliers. We won't cry , much ;). Only joking...

If you run out of hankies you could try these as a substitute, apparently from a reputable supplier

I reckon it works the oppostie way, if they can see us looking at other suppliers it keeps them on their toes :D

I'm going to hazard a guess that the supplier Kaz is on about is Subli Supplies who advertise mixed boxes. However as they appear to have three of their main mugs styles out of stcok at the moment I'm not convinced that you would get the full set unless they have them already packed and prepared.

As Martin has said and I'm sure Graeme would do, ask them and they will supply :)
We are always happy to have customers ask us about things like this - at present to be honest we only hold stocks of 2 types of mugs but we can source a huge number of variants from suppliers all round the world (though we normally need to buy full boxes of 36). Many of our recent new product introductions have been as a result of a customer enquiring "can you get .... ?"

I have certainly found this forum a useful source of information on what our competitors are doing (good and bad) on a number of matters.

I absolutely accept that some of you are misguided enough to buy product from suppliers other than us  It is of course my intention to slowly brainwash all of you into spending all your budgets with us  - and I suspect that's Martin's master plan too! But seriously I would hate to think that anyone feels they have to temper their comments about suppliers because I'm around on here. My experience of this forum is that comments on suppliers are very fair, and criticism where it is due is clearly part of that, although I would hope that if any customer of ours who posts here had a problem with our products or service they would raise the matter with us directly first.

If you're looking for samples of mugs then our offering, from stock are normally:
1. European Mugs - RN Coated
2. 11oz Mugs - RN Coated
3. El-Grande Mugs - RN Coated
4. Sparta Mugs - RN Coated
5. 17oz Latte Mugs - RN Coated
6. 10oz Latte Mugs (from early June) - RN Coated
7. 11oz Glass Mugs - RN Coated
8. Child Mugs - RN Coated
9. Bone China Mugs - RN Coated
10. WOW Black Colour Change Mugs (not dishwasher safe)
11. Black Panel Mugs
12. Red inside 11oz Mugs (very small stock held)
13. Blue inside 11oz Mug (very small stock held)
14. Pushing the mug line a bit, but didn't want to finish on 13! Beer Steins - RN Coated

11, 12 & 13 have a different coating than RN, but are advertised as dishwasher okay. We haven't fully tested these for months on end in dishwashers, but are sold to us as being dishwasher okay.

As I mentioned above, we're happy to supply individuals of any of these mugs to make up samples (doesn't have to be 6 or 12) and can be any quantity you want. We would just charge the single price of each mug (as per our website) plus delivery.
