sorry whole server is down including all my emails and everything
Tech have been working on it all day trying to fix it, but annoyingly they haven't managed to fix it yet,
hopefully it won't be down too much longer
apologies to any of my hosting ppl

most server's will crash at some point after all, all they are are glorified computers.........
my tech have been working on it all day trying to fix it, trust me they aren't ignoring it and i'm surprised it's taken so long so it's obviously a serious crash.
but everything is safe as it gets backed up every couple of hours onto a seperate hard drive for security
as i said hopefully it'll get sorted asap

oh yes thanks for the good feedback and recommendations Paul, I really appreciate it
a good name is hard to earn and even harder to keep especially when times are hard and all of us are struggling including myself

I'm afraid that anything more than an hour of downtime in a year is too much, let alone 4+ hours in a day.
I use TSOHost who are a sister company of Vidahost recommended above, all our sites are hosted on a cloud so there are multiple redundant load balances, web servers, mail servers, database servers and SAN's all connected together in 1 big fat group which means several points can fail and it still works. Been with them for 10+ years now without major issue
