Money boxes cracking

I tried phoning them and doing all the things they told me, this included turning the press on its side with the large hole facing up, had to wait for my husband to help as this is impossible to do on your own. It made no difference we still had the same ratio of damaged money boxes. Out of 38 I have 17 cracked ones, any profit down the drain, we have never had an issue before so have decided it must be a bad batch. We measured them and the measurements are all over the place which would affect the pressure so think that might be an answer. Is it just Novachrome money boxes that people are having a problem with? I am going to contact them this morning and see what they say, although in pressing instructions from any supplier nobody mentions any of these problems which now seem quite common. You take an order from a customer knowing you can do the job and then end up with a pile of scrap and a headache, it is just not worth the hassle sometimes!

it might help if you get together with your issues and present a united front, ie what you have all been doing for pressing them, the dates you bought them etc etc, then it would show as an issue with all of them, and not just one customer complaining if that makes sense
