I assume he is talking about the shadow fixings which range in price from just under £2 to a frankly crazy £8 per fixing lol. This is of course just my opinion and I haven't looked at the costings too closely but that puts me off slightly going for the larger sizes as the costs would escalate.

What size panels did you print on Justin?

Ordered a few, this layout is 150mm square panels, usually print single larger panels.

Ah ok, I was looking at the 150mm ones and also a couple of the rectangular ones as Ive only got the A4 Ricoh at mo but will try to plan a good layout. Did you just use 1 big picture cut into sections? Was it simple enough to slice up the image?

Just talking to a joiner friend about producing these

Spoken to Xpres to confirm prices and yes they are what I've been thinking. These layouts are a premium item really and should command a very good price.
My friend is going to run me a load off to see how it goes, piece of cake to make them, just working out if it's worth his time. Will also be making coaster holders at the same time

Quick update on this, I'm now making and supplying my own shadow mounts, should be £1 each plus postage at cost if anyone wants some. Great quality, mdf blocks with the keyhole cut out for wall mounting.
I've printed my first chromaluxe panels and they look great. Done a 3x3 layout with 6" tiles, will post pics when I can.
