seriously guys, meet up outside (inside but between all the halls) in the long atrium, perhaps infront of the huge map of the stands - remember most of the stands are not that big, and companies will really not want a dozen people all chatting away on their stand, there are plenty of coffee bars etc in the central atrium, and you all have to come in there anyway

Sounds like a good idea Laura. Can you remember any of the names of the coffee bars?
