Are you getting the case into the cooling tool quick enough? This is something we have struggled with and feel like it is about the time taken to get from jig to cooling tray.

It takes just about few second. And the thing is case longer than the phone, the jig they sell cant help that.

We are now able to get them to fit almost every time, what machine are you using?

Can you show me the process u did? A video tutorial would be perfect :). I try to make cooling jig but its only work with the note2, s3, s4, htc cases.

Ok, we don't have the facility to make a tutorial video right now but it is something we want to do, will let you know when it is possible. Are you making progress or is still the same problem every time?

No progress yet. Im thinking about getting blank from another supplier, but they all look the same.

No. I just get the iphone case from other supplier. Too bad sun fly have better price But cant fit. The other case (ipad, s3, s4 ...) from sun fly fit though.

The cases we got from Sunfly (iphone 4, iphone 5, galaxy s3) are all too big. Their customer support tells me they are supposed to shrink when heated, but it does not help. They also told me to use the cooling jig, but that doesn't help the case shrink.

What company did you go with? How do you like their cases?
