gorgall2 ...I haven't heard of recycled pot coasters (sometimes I live under a rock) so I asked my friend google and along with some places to buy them in a set I also found this suggestion....not sure if you want to try it but I found it interesting
"another good one is to put yoghurt pots in the oven at a low temp, they start to collapse back into a disc (which is how they start off) with the graphics all compressed in a ring, if you then take it out and put a weight on it, you end up later with a yoghurt pot coaster. They make discs and print the graphics in a compressed ring then blow them into the finished shape!"
