Only ever 2 breakages and both have been when mugs have gone to Scotland.

just out of intrest where are you guys buying your polystyrene mug packaging from and how much does it cost? i was speaking to someone i bought a mug press of today and they said they where dirt cheap but i can find them at around 48 pence a piece?

BMS do them in differing quantities.

i know all about private delivery companys i use to work for DPD... i dont even think any one understood the word fragile... its more a case of pack the wagons and make sure you get it all in
so because of the experience i use single wall brown boxes, bubble wrap and scrap cardboard and just incase there is someone who can read i put fragile tape on too
but i do only send out by RM 2nd £2.60 but have only had 1 breakage
funny though i do my first hand dropped delivery today, and the handle falls off when he made his tea (colour changing mug) needless to say how red i went
