I find cutting lines/images are quite easy even at widths less than 1mm, it is type that normally cause me problems. As an example, if you do a web address at 22point. The full stops are less than .5mm square or round. Thats when I find it a bit of a struggle.

Arko got some good fine cuts there. I think the key thing is a new cutting mat, fresh blade, and the whole machine set up right with good media.
Lines cut less than 1mm are well possible, but subject to the above on ANY cutter plotter.
Good media - TMT premium flex- and many others I'm sure....
Make sure you price in your time.
At LB - we give the media away, we charge fully for our time !

Yep they are the worst, esp when they are for a front chest logo

I agree that type is the hardest to cut and weed especially for a chest logo. I had a nightmare with a load of Target Premium + that just will not cut small, I have found that MT 123 Flex and MDP Hot Flex have been the most forgiving for the finer detailed cuts.

If you must do small text, choice of fonts can be significant, Balloon or Impact being a lot easier tiny than serif fonts

Agreed, I will only use larger, bolder fonts if they insist on small text and will always warn them about the time it may take.
