But there is a icc profile for it that works, its not the best (maybe thats why my Ricoh is going in the bin) but i think i got it from the sawgrass site or they sent me it directly when i asked but cant remember just yet.

Ok ...I bought this from you BMS and the guy I asked lots of questions to before buying said it would work with Windows 8 and the Conde video on your page here http://www.printerowners.co.uk/hardware ... rinter.htm
(fast forward to 5 mins into it) says he uses it with his Windows 8 too. What am I getting wrong? Is the Powerdriver for the colour or to make the printer work?

Just seen this Dave. I thought from my research that the Richos were the best because of the ink not drying up etc. Have I wasted £300?

So ...I take it that I can send a print job to the printer via windows 8 laptop (bought especially, I may add!) but the colours may not be as intended?

Just phone your supplier monday morning, they should sort it out easily, i always use TMT, as i know any problems are sorted out straight away, this is where after sales service sorts out the men from the boys.
I have the Ricoh, but use it with Windows7 and Photoshop, along with the TMT profile, don't like Powerdriver, but that's just a personal thing, results are second to none, unfortunately i can't post any pictures yet, otherwise i'd show you what to expect when everything is working correctly.
