All my customers prefer the 10oz mugs & one of the reasons they like them is because they have a smaller handle.

10oz is my favourite, and my customers. I used to sell the 11oz but went off them as they seem a bit too chunky.

the professionals tend to be the greatest critics, nearly all clients won't notice the difference!
-even if you put the 2 side by side,
-mind, if i was selling to truckers, i'd go for the 11oz, and if it was for a private middle school, the 10oz.
