We have mentioned this on several occasions as it is becoming another one of the reapeat questions we have. In fact we have even posted the video & links to the video that can easily be found on You Tube from Conde.

I had a look at the Conde videos last night but they didn't fill me with confidence. I don't like it when they say 'this should happen' as I can bet that it wont work for me, then they invite you to call them for assistance. I'd do it if they were in the UK. I think i'll purchase one from BMS then see what I can do with the old one. It's not easy on the SG3110DN though as there are no screws on it so there's a good chance of it breaking

Sorry for bad image, only have V2 iPad for pics as my Samsung is dead.
I'm sure you can prize open the top of the 3110 waste tank, I am actually looking forward to the day one of mine is full so I can say for sure.
Get a knife in there and prize it up - the Three plugs are for placement I feel.
Ian M - ARE you Conde ? it would be helpful to know.
