Hi Guys
This may be a little controversial but hey ho!
We all complain about people selling mugs for £1.00 on ebay and how they must be crap. Surely this is the same principle if using the cheapest postal method (although I only ever have a problem with the post when someone is sending ME a cheque!)
Also bearing in mind that the cheapest you can get for a courier company to deliver something for, with a proof of delivery, is about £3.99 plus VAT (under 5 kilos) is this just a case of RM aligning their services to be the same as others?

I've never been able to understand why a bil arrives faster than a cheque through the post.

Just got back from the PO, and they cannot even help or advise yet. They don't have the paperwork in yet to tell them about the prices or any size guides etc! In fact my local one, didn't even know about the changes until I told them, and they looked there and then on their computer to see what it said on the Royal Mail website!

Hi all,
I use collect+ for my mugs and have had no problems at all, There service says 5 - 7 days but if you get them to the shop first thing in the morning my customers have normally received them with in 2 days not much difference than royal mail, and there's not added vat on the price and it's all done online you just hand the parcel in and it's collected normally that day, might not be for everyone but it's another way to send items.
