Had anyone tried to contact them?

i placed an order with them the other day just before the website changed. Got an email back from them to say they had been having alot of issues with the new website, but that my order had gone through but had just taken a little longer then usual. I reckon they are just having some technical faults with the new site!

:biggrin: Think you want to sack your web guy all this should have been sorted before the site went live.
Also, you may have to do it all again in April, to coincide with RM price changes.
