Some customers are a nightmare especially on Ebay. We received this feed back today:
'phone case was fine, picture looked good, its broken already though'

Case was sold four weeks ago, and now the plastic on the case had mysteriously cracked it's self. No contact from customer before leaving feed back 100% positive gone.
Is it worth contacting ebay probably not

I used to work for Dell repairing laptops etc, and it was amazing how may people claimed that the screen on the laptop just cracked all on its own, they did nothing to make it happen. What let down most of them was the dirty big thumb print just at the top of the crack where it was obvious that they had been rough with it when opening it. But they argued like mad, because damage like that wasn't covered in any normal warranty, so it meant that they had to pay for th erepair.

I had to walk away from so many repair jobs because they wouldn't pay and Dell wouldn't authorise me to do the repair!

if its change of mind they cant cancel because its personalised although that is changing this year.
Could you possibly expand on this a little further please, as this is the first I have heard of it?

Cheers

With the DSR in relation to personalised items are at the moment exempt, but this year it is changing and they will no longer be exempt.

Also it will be for auctions as well (only buy in now) at the moment.

Later in the year the option to cancel is going up from 7 days after the day after delivery to 14 days.

October i believe.

Oh I had a customer on ebay complain last week, stating - bottom of cup broke just after 4 months of use, just be careful this could've scarred me for life.

This was in the feedback btw. No email complaint, just a feedback complaint. Left 4 months after purchasing item. Suspiciously this took me over the 0.5% complaints for the month, so I lost my top seller status by 0.01% as this took me to 0.51%.

Also had a few complaints about tshirts not being too small/too big etc when it states on the listings down to the cm the exact size for the S/M/L/XL/XXL.

Oh and on topic I've never had a mirror fall out like that. Ever. Not to mention the suspicious tool markings on the other side of the mirror.
