Hi I started my business up in november way before I found this forum, and found the picture on a clipart and thought he looked good on a mug, please don't think I am taking images of this site and using them on my gifts. If it has affened you Ian Please tell me, but I did find him on a google search for clipart pictures.

Crazytab...do you own/have you paid for the rights/asked the artist if you could use any of the images for commercial purposes...please check your artwork...Google clipart does not own/sell the rights to other people's artwork as far as I know .....you would hate it if someone sold your cups etc without your permission I'm sure....steps down from soap box...x:redface:

Tracey, it hasn't offended me but, was a bit surprised when I saw it. I've had the image for around 10 years now & it was given to me by a friend who did grapic art. I don't use it anymore on mugs etc but, if you start selling lots of them I might have to think again.

As Gayle said just be a bit careful what images you download because, cause you problems with any copyrights.

Just because an image is available on 'google' doesn't give anyone the right to use it commercially unfortunately..

I think you should consider it again Ian.. would be great for 'Man Flu' mugs

i run adware cleaner so its very odd, that it was on the link when i clicked on it, see i leave a computer on, hubby uses it - so i wonder what he has downloaded lol, i use only mozilla with adblock plus and run full mcafee, which interferres with my adware and spybot, so obvously something has crossed over, hmmmm. will take a look
