Update. Problem Solved. New Cartridges received from Sawgrass this morning, set of instructions, 5 minutes to do. Printer fires up with no errors. So thanks to BMS and Sawgrass. Good service all around. Return key still not working on this forum though. Now what did Justin say "Clear the ....."? must look that up.
