Steve, just a suggestion if someone is near to you, another member on here, why not get together with them, with your image printed on a sheet of your paper and also with just your image which they can print on their printer, and then press them both - would give you an idea of the process, and whether your settings/set up are at fault or not.

yes i need to do something lol just finished doing another one and a diffrent result again i need to get my image to someone and one of my mugs to see where the problem lies i need some more mugs very soon but i have played around so much with evrything and still not getting a consistent result iam a little wary of spending more money lol i did not expect it be easy but hoped by now to be moving forward
