ricoh printer 3110n, sublijet R inks, tru-pix paper, swing press 170c 45sec.
Been mug pressing for 2 months now about and have had no problems doing that.

Im using a mac and i downloaded the driver i believe then i first installed the printer.
When printing the printer profile is called Subiljet_R_SG3310_V1.0.3

Even if you did not get them from there, it is fair to assume that that would be a good starting point assuming they are the metal inserts. I have pressed mine from BMS and also some from Merlin at the above temp/time with good results.

You are not hot enough - you need 190 degrees not 170. Not very much ink has released from the paper as you're too cool. Go up to 195 for 50 seconds and see the difference.

That done the trick, was too cool cheers. It just a shame the cases seem to have a sparkling look to them :\
