Tony, You can't really pad print all round the bottle such as that image. When they are screen printed all around it's the bottle that goes round as the screen moves from one side to the other & the squeegee stops in the same place.

Hi there

Alu bottles are the way forward in my opinion. Nicer, better quality, can be personlised, and you can push the environmental side as they last longer and not made of cheap nasty plastic.

Put it to your client that by going the Alu route they do not need to order 500. They can order as many as they sell so there are no stock issues and bottles left on shelves waiting to be sold. It will mean even if they only sell 1 they wll still make a profit.

£2.50 + VAT each for 500ml from BMS seems like a bargain to me.
