hairdryer is used for warming things like mug bases to get even temp.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...

yup and the tell u to dry the sheet after printing it.. and ink.. i dont know.. bought it from them too.. just asked to see what they say..

The press that they have photographed needs a new heat blanket, you can see the element through the blanket.

Damn now I know what I am doing wrong with my sublimation - I do not have a hairdryer!

Now I wonder what other 'value added' items I should look out for when buying kits of equipment.

I can think of a few higher priority items that might be better suited to a beginners kit including scissors or a paper cutter, an IR thermometer, a desk fan, a teflon or silicon sheet and even a glove.
