Subli.co.uk are based in Poynton which is just South of Manchester, only a small product line but the Rhino and Orca Mugs are a good quality and they are always happy to help.

How long do you want to spend travelling? Only NovaChrome about 1 hr 3/4 from Liverpool (nice drive along the North Wales Coast) - they sell a good range and have a showroom as well.

For future reference, we are based 12 miles south of Manchester City Centre, about 15 mins from Macclesfield, 10 mins from Stockport, about an hour from Liverpool.

We have found Digital Transfere Supplies to be very helpful, and they are less than 40 min from Liverpool at:
Unit 23, Pinfold Workshops, Pinfold Lane Industrial Estate, Buckley, Flintshire CH7 3PL

Don't know if they welcome visitors, but they know their stuff for Laser product, so imagine they are good for sub too.

Sorry Ian, I'm not aware of your issue. Seems very strange that there was even a call to return, we usually deal with calls there and then - we just credit broken mugs, unless it's a serious number of breakages in which case we swap out the entire package.

Just give us a bell on 01625 876949, ask for Paul. Or email support@subli.co.uk. or PM me.

Thanks

Might be better discussed in a PM or at least a new thread Ian?

Thanks Justin, we're comunicating via PM now. We're all human, mistakes happen, I've just explained via PM that although I still don't know exactly what happened since I don't have Ian's details to check the system, I assume that it was simply a case of Steve being stretched too thin at the time, and this is why I'm here now. Support calls just come straight to me - emails to support@subli.co.uk are dealt with by me as quickly as possible - and I pick up PM's straight away too.
