DSF

Coralgrahph aren't recognised DSF Suppliers and have only just started supplying these printers so I've not seen the prices. BMS will currently give you £25 worth of loyalty points to put towards future purchases, Listawood have 10% off everything right now for Premium Members (£10 per annum subscription)

Is there any reason why coralgraph are not recognised, when I first started using this site they were in the supplier section

Simply because they have no involvement with the forum and as such offer no incentive for members to buy, i.e. discount etc.

... that's not to say that they aren't a good supplier, that lots of members do use.

I use them and i am happy with service i get.

And I didn't say they weren't a good supplier, I simply stated that they aren't recognised as they offer no forum support.

I wasn't saying you were saying that, but I think in saying that they aren't an official/recognised supplier can have a negative implication, even if none was intended.

Well, that's down to the readers perception, it isn't an opinion just a fact.

One of the important things I've learned since I've been doing sublimation is when buying either equipment or printable items is to shop around. There are quite a number of suppliers around who are not "Recognised by the DSF" However, this could have the effect of turning new or inexperienced members away from them.
In some case their discounts could make the items a good buy but not always. As an example, I've been looking at a certain item of equipment, the 2 suppliers mentioned in this thread who offer discounts both sell this item but even with the discounts they are still much more expensive than another supplier I've found . Of course there are other examples where the reverse will be true, hense. as that well known tenor in the advert sings "Go Compare"
I think what would be useful to both new and established members is a list of suppliers websites submitted by members so anyone can look up what they are after and get the best deal.
