When you bought from Mega, did they not supply you with a disk with all the relevant drivers , instructions and profils? If you bought it as a sublimation package then I would have thought that should have come with it.
Bad service if not.

came with the official install disk, which isn't for windows 7 anyway so its an old driver,the Sublijet -R carts, some instructions to follow like downloading the powerdriver and etc from sawgrass.
thats about it, its enough but sure a disk with them already on would of been nice! as would the official ricoh carts i could of re-sold lol. ah well nevermind.

I have the identical problem. Could you post the new link please.
