Its very unusual for a ladies night not to have a meal but hey ho, unless it is what I call a "Girls Night out" style of ladies night.
If it were me, I would take along the items I sell and then take orders for delivery. Things like the photo slates, canvas prints, keyrings, and mugs will probably sell well. Perhaps also design a nice small logo for the corner, something along the lines of "Any Lodge Ladies Night 2012" if it is a Masonic lodge then perhaps use the sqaure and compass and make it a nice roundel. Let the customers know that they can have it with or without the logo.
Most ladies nights raise money for charity, if this is the case you may want to offer 10% to their charity on orders taken that day, that would be a nice gesture which I think would get repeat business. If you are web savvy then also get some business cards printed with a specific web address to an online shop where they can view the items for sale and also the pictures.
Many ladies night guests have been to loads of these types of events before, so you need a bit of an edge because they have all seen the standard 10x12 glossy photo before.
Lastly, if it is a large venue and has a small room you could sell and delivery that night. H&S means you have to keep the press away from the guests but it might be worth a visit to the venue to see if its possible. Obviously there is stock control issues but thats up to you to decide.

If that was me I would take 24 mugs with images on them, neutral ones like one with cupcakes different one dotted around on the mug, wild life tigers do well, dragons, so many things that you can do the have so much appeal, so while you taking orders people can see the mugs done, plus people like to pick up things a blank table will not do well, they can walk by in 30 seconds, do coaster to match, have mouse mats, don't forget your flyers , there is much you can do, if you need more help just pm as I'm in the shop and don't have time to do a full list of what you can do to help your self, I would buy some stuff in and put that on your table, ( put a small mark up on it) make it interesting at the end of the day don't BORE people with your table, their eyes will glaze over and walk to the next bright interesting table, SORRY I forgot to put in the one detail, the stuff on the table is to sell and it leads to conversation then you can do your pitch
