Been having a few issues with these refil carts, nothing serious but I bought a set of 1400 carts to put my mind at rest. Wasn't sure about the 1500 carts as they were different to my usual carts. Fingers crossed the 1400 carts appear to be working ok but I'm still testing.

Did you get the printer yet?

hi Justin

Yes i have brought the printer, just waiting for the refill carts and inks to come.

What problem did u have with the cartridges?

Shall i use the pigement ink to start the printer the 1st time or use the original epson ink 1st?

Thanks

Ink not flowing properly when left overnight, 1400 carts working fine.

You can usually get them on eBay, I use Ink-Girl but had to go through their website to buy these :-)

I bought mine from ink-girl.co.uk, too. I don't use them too much because I don't like Epson's thimble-sized cartridges but I've never had an issue with the 1400 cartridges. Now, the B40W ones, that's a different matter...

If you go to their website through www.ink-girl.co.uk you'll see a discount code for if you spend over £15. The top-left of the page shows a special code to get a free 8GB memory stick if you spend over £20. I don't think you can qualify for both at the same time, but a freebie or a discount is better than nothing.
