green iphone cover (want Black)

hi, ive been reading loads about the iphone covers, but can anyone suggest what i should change? my mate wants these (quite a lot) but he said the background needs to be Jet Black! everytime i print one it comes out greenish or faded, ive tried the usual 190c for 60s, and also the one in the picture has been done for 190c for 100s
what do you think i should try next? or is it a hardware issue. im using a sx130 with icc.

The latest metal inserts print at around 180 for 45-50 seconds. You should get black unless your profile isn't working properly.

Daft question but you are removing the clear film from insert before printing as this will affect colour
