Unfortunately I am with Heart and their servers are down every week and my contract with them doesn't end until December this year :frown:

i've never known a hosting company to make you sign up to a contract?
most ppl just do it on a monthly basis, if you don't pay within 48hrs your server is cut off.

I have to say in defence of Heartinternet - I have used them (as a reseller) for about 5 years and to be honest I dont think I can say anyone has had any major outage issues. The support is very good (ok its by email) but I have never waited more than 30 mins for a reply. I have about 130 domains I control and have had no complaints. Lots of nice free stuff that a lot of companies cahrge extra - like badnwidth and sql and emails.

No contract either

Sorry, I left heart because of the costs. You do have a contract in the legal sense of service provision, if you pay annually.
