Not really about the grey plastic sealable bags which I've sourced, but about self adhesive labels. Bought some on eBay which have a peel off sticky panel with the customer's address (prints straight from eBay's SMP). Works great on paper, but can be peeled off the plastic bags quite easily. Anyone suggest a supplier of plastic-friendly sticky labels, or a known combination of bags and labels that works for them?

Thats why I use padded mail lite bags paper so no problems with labels................

Can you get a single T Shirt in a padded envelope at the large letter rate rather than the packet rate?

I know this sounds a bit stupid but, have you thought of covering the label with some clear wide sticky tape or even using a marker pen & write the address on there.

Can you in a plastic bag?....remember if it all goes to one end of plastic bag, it will not be a large letter any more. If this happens your customer gets stung for wrong postage affixed.

But yes if folded neatly in an A4 envelope it must still measure less than 25mm
