You make jokes about a person who has died and you tell me to get a life

I worked for 17 years as an Undertaker/Embalmer, and on countless occasions I have stood the and heard close relative of the deceased making jokes about them.
IE: That's the last smoke he will have (at the crematorium).
He was always complaining about feelling unwell, this time he meant it, ect.
Even on a suicide by hanging where the wife said " Thats the first bit of diy he got right.
I think making jokes about the dead is a way of coping with the fact that one day it will be our turn.

I have beaten myself repeatedly with a stick, written 100 lines " I must not be a sicko... I must not be a sicko..... I must not be a sicko....." I feel a new person - thank you for saving me
