true but - how much damage to the legit person trying to make an HONSET pound do these people actually do ?
One goes down 6mth time - always plenty more think there is a quick buck to be made.
there should be something in place to stop this...not just in sublimation printing - ANY kind of chancers trying there luck with any kind of business - doesnt the govermant see that its detrimental to the ordinary person trying to do the right thing and make a living being self employed, & hopefully give others jobs down the line ?
These type of ass's get away with nearly everything - if you or i ( as in legit ) tryed something funny, we are the ones to get caught and hammered for doing what ever it was.....sad country..really is !
i have seen it to often with my other business - guys coming into it with not the proper insurance - dodgy minbus ect ect....they seem to get away with bloody murder......yet, if i,m got so much as just 1mm under the limit of tread on my tyres - i get done ffs ! - and i,m squeaky clean when it comes to keeping things in order...RANT OFF !

Maybe you should do the same as here in Germany. You have to give the suppliers your tax papers, numbers etc before they sell to you. There is an official form for this. Then they supply you and at the end of the year they tell the tax man how much you bought.
There are probably dodgy suppliers where you can get around this but everyone I deal with demands my papers before they supply. Keeps everyone on the same playing field.
Sorry, off topic.

Frustrated ? Very polite way off putting it.
We have one competitor who constantly sets up business, does a runner then starts again, constantly undercutting our prices. Don't know how he gets away with it or how he manages to live without morals.
Been my full time job now for just over 3 years, but if I had some other job to go to tomorrow I would go . Having said that I will probably be here in another 12 months/ 5 years time still whinging about cowboys

er.....lost me bud....i wasnt referring to anyone in particular - i was saying also what its like in my other business with chancers coming into it and making it difficult for the rest of us who are paying through the nose for insurance ect -
ie: my yearly insurance = £3200 full comp with public liability.
these monkeys are coming in and using flippin ordinary car insurance at £350 per yr.
This trade will be the same as any other paul - you will get the fly by nights wanting to make a quick buck & making it harder for the ones doing it full out.
I personally dont know your set up, and frankly, it aint any of my business, i was just stating a fact of life bud
