printer is suported as the ciss system. go to your supplier or contact sawgrass directly.

Things went from bad to worse. At the end up just before I put the original cartridges back in, my test pages were coming out completely blank! Now when I do a nozzle check with the original cartridges im getting a few broken lines in 2 of the 4 colours. It is however much much better than when the sublimation inks were hooked up. Perhaps my original idea that the heads were badly blocked was wrong. The printer is an Epson B40W fitted with a sawgrass cis system.

Don't really know where to go from here now it seems its the ink system that's faulty. Could be a costly fix :-(

If you get a good - perfect nozzle check pattern with genuine ink cartridges then the printer is fine and it is the ink flow on the Sawgrass system that is a problem. Have you now worked through the FAQ I posted and re-primed the existing system and are you still getting problems? If so then contact your supplier of the Sawgrass system and explain what you have done. With proof of purchase you should be able to get a new cartridge and tube assembly pre-primed with sublimation ink supplied to you for fitting to your existing ink bottles (where the colour connectors join the tubes).
