but the two pictures are quite different one is a high density of black the other isnt, have you done other times with the mugs, or just the original times for the keep calm mug, the black ink always needs the most time, 180 and 180 would be better, and as others have said turn the mug

when i bake at 180 180 the black seems to go brown but its ok when i reduce, ive not tried turning the mug yet though, do i turn it hald way through the bake time?

yes you turn it as described in the post before, dont stop and start the counter, just whip it out and turn it over - if you want to save mugs, cut the design in 2 and just press one side of the mug top to bottom, without turning, then press again, with turning and then you can compare

Success, almost lol
i have put the temp up to 180 again for 180 secs and turned it at 90 secs and it is alot better, a couple of corners fade just a tad but not much.

Which heat press are you using?? I have the same problem and have a sneaky suspicion that the heat element isnt wide enough.
