What clinches it for me is the BMS mugs come in the bubble wrap bags. This means we have not had a single breakage in mugs from BMS, whereas the other suppliers we've used from time to time we've had breakages, the worst one being about 50% broken in a batch of 72 so we don't use that supplier anymore for mugs at all. Also, as most of our customers don't like the bulk of a mug box, they are happier to walk away with their mug(s) in the bubble-wrap bags, so we don't need to buy them any extra packaging.

I've been using BMS's Extra White Sublimation Mugs for a while now, very happy with them.
