Sorry to jump onto an old thread, but has anybody found polystyrene mug boxes suitable for the El Grande mugs from BMS???

I think it's more likely you'd find a suitably sized box and wrap the mug in bubble wrapping. I certainly wouldn't want to see the space 10,000 of these would take up in the warehouse which is probably the minimum a supplier would have to buy/ have made to get anywhere near absorbing the cost the tooling into a realistic price point.
