yeah, so far impressed with their customer support, with a response so soon ... see what they say when they've looked at the measurements.

Not yet, going to see what their first response is first ... don't want to tell them it's for sublimation if their response is along the lines of that we don't support that type of work, so we're not going to help you kind of thing. Not necessarily that that is what they would say, but didn't want to risk it straight away.

but they help might be useless if they will think this is standard printing... better to tell them stright away i think...

They did send some suggestions through, but I have not had time to try them yet ... been busy getting two jobs printed and sent out. At the moment, we have a few profiles we use, depending on what the artwork is, we select the one which is going to work best for the desired end product, so we're getting by OK, but there is room for improvement.

At the moment, I am still struggling to find a item I can use to make a profile, as I am getting no joy from the mugs I have. Anyone have any ideas?

Have to say the spyder is great for my canvas biz just never thought about using it for subby side of things.

You will struggle with mugs as they aren't flat, so hard to get a good scan - I guess a few ceramic tiles would be the closest match for a mug, or the white aluminium sheets.
