I belive its under printer and faxes. You can see virtual printer instaled and colled power driver. But i am not sure for 100%

Coz there is.less heat on the heat blanket. Some press camt get close enough to the handlea.

Yes or just make your image smaller, I have two types of machine here one the wraps ge quite close to the handle and the other no where near. Also watch the top and bottom of the mug as this can happen here too particulary if they are not really straight.

Start, Control panel, Right click on your Ricoh printer and select Printing Preferences, the powerdriver preferences panel will open, and along the top tabs you will see virtual printer driver.

hmmm this could be my problem then.
what width would you suggest? i currently use 23.8

There's no way I could use 23.8 - I made it easier for myself and took it in, along with a few mm top and bottom.
