while this thead is still open .....martin -

can you explain your cart system to me regarding figures please...

example -

from your store -

1x mouse mat @ 0.79each ex vat - if i add vat @ 20% = 0.94.+ £2.50 del = £3.44

if you add vat its 0.95

yours 0.95 + your £2.50 delivery = £3.29 on the cart..????

what does this mean > - "We can send small, low value, light weight goods by 1st Class Post from £2.50 to £3.75 +vat". - are you charging VAT on the delivery price ??

can you clarify the above please

Delivery price is vatable unfortunately.

I know that suppliers MUST charge vat on delivery, even if they just buy stamps from the post office - which don't even have any vat on them!!!!!
Not my rules!
Please just don't blame your supplier, contact your MP!

not blaming anybody...just never heard of it being applyed to delivery charges !

but then again...i aint never done retail & delt with suppliers before.....learning curve rapidly !
