I would be inclined to drop the temp/time further. It might be worth a couple of further tests (smaller images to save wasting lots of mugs). Put a small print on one side of a mug. Try temp 170 degrees, 90 seconds; Temp 160, 60 seconds.
Is there a happy medium between these settings? What are the results like?
So, i will try again today, but on previous
tests lower temperature , or time looks like
sublimation was not completed, wash out.
i wil post later results.
thank you

I need some help about printing on Ricoh 3300N GX from Photoshop with Color handling set to "No color management"
This is for Paul, acording to his instructions for Epson printers.
Ricoh are different against Epson in this situation?
I tried in many ways, but with "No color management" set, the print is blank, nothing.
Please an advice.

Can you confirm you have the right profile from the attached link - should be second from bottom for mac os.
http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... c-profiles
Please check the text at the bottom of the link about "
MAC OS X 10.6 and future releases"
If you mac is before this then the profile won't work - you have to contact sawgrass directly.
Cheers John

Hi John,
Thank you for your sugestions, but already done everything ...
1. I have the right profile
2. Already talked with Steve from Sawgrass, a lot of e-mails, with no results.
3. Actualy the profile is not different from 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6. But they released a package which install the profile and is just for 10.6. I have tested on 10.4 systems, 10.5 and 10.6 sawgrass profile.
4. Now i use 10.6 . All looks aprox. normal, but red is pink (mangenta)
5. Now i need to figure out how can i print on Ricoh, from Photoshop with color management off, because print blank pages without color management.
6. On Epson printers i never had that problems.
Thank you

Good luck mate, I cannot suggest anything else - apart from printing from a pc/laptop to the ricoh, rather than a mac, to rule out whether the printer is at fault.
Cheers John

Thanks John,
But i already made tests with Windows / Photoshop.
Same problem with red colour.
All is about icc profile, i guess.... and sawgrass profile is not good, for me.
I made step by step all the settings, on mac and windows. I have made tests on different Ricoh printers, with bad results.
But, on Epson red is red.
Thank you again

Have Sawgrass remote accessed your mac to check the settings? They can do this for you.
Do you have a pc at all to check the print via PowerDriver?

Do you want to send this image to me and I'll print it and see if the quality is the same as yours? Pm me and I'll forward our email address.

If you're getting bad results on a mac with profile, and then bad results on a pc with powerdriver, surely this points to the printer being suspect.
